The implementation period of this plan is from February 24, 2021 to December 20, 2021. It mainly implements the guidance and inspection of the recycling system, including the need to recycle and dispose of things that should be followed by the law and regulations, the target recovery rate and the development of resource recovery assessment plans based on the characteristics of each township and city, the counseling of the vendors, the building of the community, the establishment of resource recovery facilities in the commercial fishing port and other image transformation work. As of November 30, 2021, 25 waste recycling companies and 100 recycling companies under a certain scale have been coached to improve the environment and fire safety inspection management. It continues to inspect 30 designated pesticide container recycling stations in the county and provide advocacy materials; counsels 5 bento stores to join the paper tableware friendly recycling store; sets up 10 building to set up resource recycling and sorting facilities. It is planned to strengthen the installation of glass container recycling facilities at the betel nut stalls on the provincial roads of this county and grocery stores. It’s 10 stores that have installed this year. This plan also assists the Yunlin County Environmental Protection Bureau in 2021 to promote the enforcement agencies to strengthen the performance evaluation of resource recovery work. The resource recovery storage area of each office cleaning team and the monthly official report check and guidance have been carried out once, and the description of the assessment items should be strengthened for this year to improve the county's performance. This year, by urging all public offices to evaluate the performance of resource recovery and add waste reduction measures, the resource recovery rate of Yunlin County from January to June 2021 was 53.18%, an increase of 2.72% from 50.46% in the same period of last year, and the amount of waste decreased by 3.4% compared with the same period in 2020.
